I purchased a new HVAC system in 4/2016 and was told I would get a $500 credit. How do I enter this?

I entered my amount of cost and was given a $150 credit instead of the $500 I was told I would get by the company which installed the units.  Did I enter my information incorrectly? I used form 5695.

The circulating fan is $50, the A/C is $300 and the Furnace is $150.  

Make sure you break it out, as it appears all is listed as a furnace which is limited to $150.
