The amount of property taxes you paid should appear on your Form 1098 from your lender.  If it doesn't, contact your lender for the information.  Property taxes paid through escrow are fully deductible by you, if you itemize.

Property taxes are entered in the Your Home section of TurboTax, which is under Deductions and Credits.

2017 SOFTWARE PROBLEM: the Q&A page for entering 1098 information prompts users to NOT enter real estate taxes paid from escrow accounts. The result is that a real estate tax payment from an escrow account reported on Form 1098 is incorrectly transcribed to the associated worksheets.
