I pay all the mortgage on my mother's home who qualifies as my dependent. That mortgage is in both our names, so I am legally liable for it. Do I list that as a primary home even though I have my own home and will be deducting that or do I select other?

I am filing head of household.

No, if you do not live there it cannot be your primary  home.  However, if your mother lives there and you are claiming her as a dependent you can claim it as a second home.
