If you claim 0 in property taxes, you must blank out the box on the property taxes page in TurboTax. You must not enter 0.

If you claim 0 in property taxes, you must blank out the box on the property taxes page in TurboTax. You must not enter 0.

I pay 0 property tax, yet the system will not let me pay 0

I just had this issue and my address was pre-populated in the State section. Make sure these sections are blank and you will be all set.
