Its not clear from your question, but if you are asking about real estate property taxes that might otherwise have been reported by a mortgage company on a 1098 (aka escrow taxes) it can be entered on a screen titled:
"Enter Property Taxes you Paid" (same screen as in previous years). This screen shows up after you would have entered your Home Loan Deduction entries (Summary screen) (NOTE: for 2016 the entry of your 1098 information now also includes the entry of escrow taxes.).
The screen to enter non-escrow taxes has a poorly worded entry called: "Additional Property Taxes on You Main Home" (it should have been worded as 'non-escrow taxes')
