I paid $500 for Home Equity Loan. No Form 1098 is mailed out if less than $600. Can I use the $500 deduction and f so where/how do I enter it

I paid HEL Interest but will not receive a Form 1098. Where can I enter this information? TurboTax requires me to fill in boxes from 1098 which I don't have.

Yes, you can still claim the $500 interest. You can enter it as if you did receive a 1098.
