I paid 2016 property tax before January 6, 2017 but after December 31, 2016. Can I still list it under 2016?

No.  You can only claim property tax that you paid in 2016.  You will be able to claim what you paid in January 2017 on your 2017 tax return next year.

No.  You can only claim property tax that you paid in 2016.  You will be able to claim what you paid in January 2017 on your 2017 tax return next year.
