I live and work and TX. But inherited and sold a property in GA, where i prepaid the GA sales tax.

No. You cannot use TurboTax to pay your GA sales tax.

I already paid them. But are you saying I can't file them hear as well?

No. You cannot use TurboTax to file your sales tax report.

You can file it online on the GA Revenue webpage.
