I need to know how to carry forward charitable contributions I made in 2015, that I did not use since I took the standard deduction. I will be itemizing this year and would like to use the now. Thank you!

You can't do that.  You can only carry charitable contributions forward if you itemize but your deduction is limited for some reason.  You always have to list your deductions in the year you make them, then you can use a carry forward if your deduction is limited.
