I need to change a property tax entry that I made previously but can't find the location on Turbo Tax. Help!

Property taxes can be entered one of two places.

I'll take you to both and you should be able to find it.

Go to Federal Taxes

Deductions and Credits 

to Your Home

first go to Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance as there is a box for Mortgage Taxes Paid at the bottom of screen titled, "Tell Us More About Your Loan From ..."

Then adjust that amount, if not there go to:

still under Your Home, but go to next subheading, Property Taxes.
