Hello, TurboTax. I've gotten to a section in my tax return where they ask me to confirm my personal information and then click "Continue" but nothing happens. The website just takes me back to the same website without continuing to the next portion.

Perhaps you haven't finished all information in this area.  If you can not go forward, go backward several times, then move forward again.  This will make sure you haven' missed anything.  If nothing works, then save all your info up in the top left corner.  Making sure you save everything so far, then click off, shut down computer, count to ten and reboot.  Hope it works for you!
