I moved to Newzealand Oct '18. Don't meet Exclusion criteria. Aside from tax credit for foreign taxes r there other deductions I can take? Housing here? Moving expenses?

Unfortunately, moving expense deduction was suspended from 2018 to 2025. If you do not qualify for the foreign earned income exclusion, you are unable to take a foreign housing exclusion. At least next year, you will be able to take the foreign earned income and foreign housing exclusion.
