I'm worried that I completed the Healthcare Entry Sheet incorrectly.

My wife, son, and myself were covered the whole year by insurance offered through my company. The box "Everyone on the tax return was covered by health insurance all year," was not marked "yes" or "no". I noticed the form says "use this form to report healthcare coverage for individuals for months: not reported on 1095-A, 1095-B, or 1095-C; not covered by employer; and month not covered by an exemption."
The bottom portion of the form lists all of us and each box is checked for coverage for the year. I just want to make sure that I didn't do this portion incorrectly and that it won't ruin anything with my filed forms.

If you (and your family) were covered the entire year by employer sponsored insurance coverage, and you indicated that under the Health Insurance tab, then you are good to go.

Select the Health insurance tab to verify that the correct radio button is selected for your coverage. Then continue until you see the page, That's all we need on your 2016 coverage.
