I'm using TT Business (not home & biz) and filing an Estate Trust Return. We pay an annual maintenance fee for a bank account. Where do I enter it to claim deduction?

You would ordinarily enter that deduction, in TurboTax Business, as shown in the screenshots below.

However, the deduction is one which would probably be considered a miscellaneous itemized deduction subject to the 2% AGI floor and, as such, no longer deductible after the enactment of the TCJA (Tax Cuts and Jobs Act).
