I'm trying to file for my dad's estate. he passed away in 2015. can I use Turbo tax for that?

TurboTax can report the income from the date of death until it is all distributed to the heirs.

This is done on a Form 1041.

If there is an Attorney involved with the Estate make sure you have dialog with him/her on this.
