I'm paying for my vehicle still. i have selected:own it. but i cant get past the 'when did you own the vehicle' question. what do i put. date hasnt arrived.

For taxes, you owned the vehicle even if you are still making the payments on it. (I guess if they said "when did you acquire it" it would make more sense)
