I'm in the section that asks about High Deductible Health Plan and whether it was self plan or family. It's asking about 2024. Shouldn't be for 2025?

The HSA interview asks about December 1, 2024 to see if you used the "last-month" rule in 2024, which would have required you to keep HDHP coverage for all of 2025.

The interview used to ask if you used the last-month rule in the previous year, but no one (including a number of tax professionals) knew what that was, causing no end of confusion. So the interview was changed to ask a series of simpler questions, including the one about "What type of HDHP coverage did [name] have on December 1, 2024?"

While this question would seem to be odd for a tax year 2025 return, it is in fact appropriate. Just remember that if you did not have HDHP coverage on that date, that you answer NONE, not Self or Family because you had some other health coverage.
