No, the IRS will not let you use a 2018 W-2 on a 2019 tax return. You must use your 2019 W-2.

You still work there? Then get your 2019 W-2 from the employer. If you got it already and lost it, ask for another copy. You cannot use your 2018 W-2 on a 2019 tax return.
