The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2016.

To complete a 2013 tax return using TurboTax you will need to purchase and download one of the 2013 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/2013/

A 2013 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed

To file a 2013 tax return for a tax refund you only have until tomorrow at Midnight, 04/18/2017 to have the tax return in the mail and postmarked on April 18.
