I'm a US citizen residing in Canada. I have used Turbo-Tax for my US tax return, with my mother's credit card. Now she has died. I have no US credit card. What can I do?

I'm talking about paying TurboTax itself.

I'm sorry for your loss.

If your refund is enough to pay your fees plus the extra refund processing fee you can choose that option.  It is an EXTRA  $39.99 to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund.
