I'm a non-paid board member of a gov recognized nonprofit. I use my cell as part of my volunteering service. is this deductible? If so, where do I enter in TurboTax?

No, your personal cell phone isn't deductible, even though you use it as part of your volunteer work. If you paid for individual calls (rare these days) or a separate line for your volunteer position, these costs can be deductible.
