I live in a state that has community property but my wife does not what do we do

Me and my wife got married in May but we have lived in different states the whole time. We do not share money or property but when reading the community property rules it says that I need to split my spouses income evenly, is this true? My wife's state is not a community property state and she already filed. What do I need to do?

The answer will depend on the community property laws of your state.  I suggest contacting your local IRS office for guidance in this situation.  You can locate the nearest office by following this link.  https://www.irs.gov/help-resources/contact-your-local-irs-office

I also recommend reviewing IRS Pub 555 for more information.  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p555.pdf
