I live in a federally declared disaster area, what does that mean for my taxes how do I remove my answer for this question?

I am unable to complete my e-file for my taxes but I am unable to find where I can change the answer to this question

Try clicking YES instead of no and then click NO to all if the following screens in that section ... see if that fixes the issue.
