I live in a community property state. The Tax Withholding Adjustments don't seem to be working properly. I cannot do a subtraction adjustment in the form.

This is an error in the program and is being worked on. If you are using the desktop version of TurboTax, you need to do your updates periodically until you find the issue resolved. If working online with TurboTax, the program will be updated without any input from you, you just need to log into your program periodically until you find the issue resolved.
