I live abroad but I worked on US for a few months now I have taxes to receive how am I going to receive living abroad?

I workd in CA as a J1 now I have taxes to receive but I'm kind of lost because I have to pay and I'm not sure if it's sure I'm going to receive the taxes and how I am going to receive it.

If you are a nonresident of the US, you need to file a nonresident tax return.  TurboTax is only for US full year residents.

TurboTax does not support nonresident returns.
