I have no idea.  The fair market value is what someone would pay for a used processor.  You may be able to ask at various agencies and charities that assist the deaf.

However, you can't claim a value higher than $5000 unless you have a signed appraisal and you have the signature of the appraiser and of a financially responsible official of the charity on a tax form.

This Cochlear Processor was used only for a couple weeks and it is state of the art....
