I incurred child care expenses in Fall 2018, but didn't pay for them until January 2019. Do I put those expenses on 2018 or 2019 tax return?

If you incurred your child care expenses in 2018 but paid the bill in 2019, you will have to wait and report them on your 2019 return.

If you incurred your child care expenses in 2018 but paid the bill in 2019, you will have to wait and report them on your 2019 return.
