I have two 2017 1098 forms from the same bank, for a home equity loan and for a mortgage. Both show amounts in box 1, one in box 2, two dates in box 3. What now?

Enter the Form 1098 for the mortgage as one lender. After completing that form, add another lender (same name does not matter) and enter the second Form 1098 for the equity loan
