I have state medical and I put that in but they keep sending me to some market place

Medicaid you receive from the state is not entered on a tax return.

If you did not use the state Marketplace Exchange or healthcare.gov for your health insurance then you would not been issued a Form 1095-A.  When asked if you received a Form 1095-A you must answer NO.
