I have no mortgage loan on my home. The system requires mortgage input but I don't have a mortgage. How do I by-pass that requirement?

In TurboTax  go to federal taxes and select deductions & credits

Under the heading Your Home select mortgage and click start

The next field will ask if you paid any home loans in 2018.

Select No.  A  $0  symbol will appear next to the update box indicating that no mortgage interest was paid.
