I have no lender but want to claim my property tax and insurance

There is a separate line for property tax in the Your Home section of TurboTax.

The only deductible insurance premiums on your personal residence are mortgage insurance premiums (also known as PMI).  If you don't have a mortgage, you wouldn't be paying this.

Homeowner's insurance premiums on your primary residence are not deductible.
