We don't have an HSA account. I don't know how this got into our return.
You can safely delete any forms that do not apply to tax year 2020. Sometimes if importing forms, stray marks cause unnecessary forms to generate. As @Critter-3 mentions deleting and re-entering the W2 may solve the issue.
TurboTax will catch these blank forms as well during the review as incomplete forms.
