I have multiple foreign bank accounts that have gained interest. While matching the entry in 1099-INT do i have to create 3 additional entries from each bank?

I have multiple foreign bank accounts that have gained interest. It is reported as one line in the Foreign accounts section as 'Interest'. While matching the entry in 1099-INT do i have to create 3 additional entries from each bank or just one and what do i enter in 'received from'?

Yes, if you have more than one bank then create for each bank a separate entry and enter the bank's name in the "received from" field.
