I have joint custody and it says that she claims my daughters but she didn't have the kids but two months for the 2018 year can I claim my kids and let the IRS know.

Our court order says my ex is to claim my two daughters because we have joint be she only had them for two months in 2018 I had them the rest.

you are the custodial parent and have the right to claim them under the US tax law.  you'll need to ask your lawyer what the court might say or do if your wife contests this.
