Below is helpful information about the qualifications for earned income credit.

If you are married filing joint or you are not married at all and your children are not qualifying children for anyone else then as long as you have earned income you should qualify. It's possible you might have answered something wrong when you entered the information.

To review the information for each child follow these steps while logged into your TurboTax Free account:

Personal Info tab > Edit beside each child > Continue through the screens to verify your entries
