I have foreign taxes paid from dividends - where do I report this in my 2016 return.

I have foreign taxes paid from dividends - where do I report this in my 2016 return.
The foreign tax should be in box 6 on your 1099-DIV form. On the screen where you enter the 1099-DIV in TurboTax, below box 1b check the box that says "My form has info in more than just these boxes." You will then get the additional boxes, including box 6, where you can enter the foreign tax amount from box 6 on your 1099-DIV.
