I have foreign stock dividends to report, but where can I find Form 1116 for tax credit?

you my not need it.  the law allows single individuals to skip the form if passive foreign income (from dividends intereest royalties) is $300 or less $600 for married  on the 1099 div input there is an area to enter the foreign tax info.  if you''re going to skip the 1116 just enter various for country and amount of FTC.  skip the linking.
