I have contributed to HSA account $160 but that amount was never used and it's still in HSA account. Do I need to add that amount under HSA distribution
I have contributed $160 to HSA account but that amount was never used and it's still in HSA account. Do I need to add that amount under HSA distribution and will that be taxable

No. If the $160 is still in the account and is not a distribution and not reportable.
