I have commercial property (9 stores) that the bank forced placed flood insurance in 2014. I never claimed it in my 2014 tax return. How can I claim it now?

If you want to claim the flood insurance for 2014, you'll need to file an amended return (1040X) for that year. IRS won't let you add it on to a later year's return. You've got three years from the original due date to file and receive a refund, so you have until next April.
You can prepare it in TurboTax but IRS only accepts amendments on paper, so you'll print, sign, and mail it.
