I have an HSA not through an employer since I don't work. Can I take all my prescriptions that I paid through the HSA when I fill out the Schedule A Medical Expenses?

No, you cannot get reimbursed from your Health Savings Account (HSA) and claim the prescriptions on your Schedule A, Itemized Deductions. That would be double dipping.
