Please clarify. Are you saying it's a glitch because it's asking you if you're a full-time student or disabled? If you're neither, click "No".
Are you married? You need to enter all your income first.
Make sure you are each showing income. Check each W2, should be assigned to the right spouse. If you have self employment income you need to have a profit to qualify. Have you entered all your income yet?
No, I am saying it could be a glitch because the question is worded. If you respond "yes" but than it ask you if you are a full time student or disabled. I am neither, so does that mean that you do not qualify for the credit?
I have earned income, neither am I disable or a full time student. Yet it is not allowing me to go forward in the process. I am still working on it and I just need clarification.
So did you click "No" to "Are you a full-time student or disabled?" (As I said, if you're neither the answer is "no"; only click "yes" if you're EITHER a full-time student OR disabled.) If so, what does TurboTax say?
Did you see my post above? Are you married? Do you only have self employment income?
Its asking if you are a full time student or disabled because it isn't showing any income for you or your spouse. You have to enter all your income first.
