I have a mortgage credit certificate, do i have to subtract the refund from that from the interest i claim on my taxes or does turbotax do that already?

I was told that the refund that you get for having an MCC would have to be subtracted from the interest you claim so there would be no "double dipping", does turbotax make that adjustment or do i have to go back in and subtract the MCC refund?

TurboTax automatically subtracts the mortgage interest credit amount from your home mortgage interest deduction.
