I have a foreign income on 2017 but I forget to report the it. How can I report my foreign income on 2017 right now?

(a) are you US citizen/Resident?  (b) were you citizen/Resident in 2017; (c) foreign income while in a foreign country or what; (d) how were you paid  and by whom -- US govt/ local entity/ self-employed/ etc.;  (e) are you now in the USA;  ?? etc.
