I have a first mortgage, 2nd mortgage and an RV that I am paying interest on. Can I deduct the interest that I pay for the 1st, 2nd and RV?

As long as the RV has a kitchen and bathroom you can consider it your second or vacation home. Then you can write off the interest on all 3 mortgages since they are "attached" to only 2 properties (you can deduct interest for up to 2 homes).
