I have a dependant(girlfriend) living with me. We moved in at the end of Feb. and are leaving this Feb. and going back home for awhile. How do I reflect this on the form?

If you did not live together for all of 2016--and you say you moved in together in February--you cannot claim your GF as a dependent.
