Yes,  depending on your income.  It does not matter that you are living with your parents.  Please see the following FAQ for the Earned Income Credit (EIC) requirements:

To enter your information for the EIC in TurboTax please follow these steps:
  1. Click on Federal Taxes > Deductions & Credits
  2. In the You and Your Family section, click on the Start/Revisit box next to Earned Income Credit (EIC).
  3. On the screen, Did [you]  live in the U.S. for more than six months in 2018? mark the Yes radio button and click Continue.
  4. Continue through the screens, entering the requested information.

However, you probably cannot file as Head of Household.
