I have $3.00 showing as Foreign Tax Credit ? ? ? I have nothing in any foreign country...I want to just get rid of this, where did it come from?

Bring up all 1099-DIV/INT worksheets and check for an entry in box 6. If there is, then TT will automatically insert it into line 48 of the 1040.
