Please try deleting the entry, then click on Continue and come back to the main Deductions screen. Go back in again and select No on the 1st screen to clear the section.

I did this but it's still not working. It still shows I have $10,000 in property, state and local taxes when I get to the screen where it compares the itemized to standard deduction.
Let's try deleting the worksheet for this section directly. In TurboTax Online:
Maybe it's the state and local taxes that has already hit the 10k limit....and not the property taxes.
Yoru State (or local) withholding on any W-2 and/or 1099-R////or other forms can add into that 10k number too. Also any balance due you paid the state during 2022 for 2021 state taxes adds into that 10k limit.
____________
IF not that, you have to...note that there are two areas where real-estate taxes are potentially entered.
One place is as a part of your Mortgage entries for a home you own.
OR as the separate Property Tax entry
(Personal Property Taxes is another menu selection, but that is supposed to be other stuff and not a home)
Thanks for the tip but it still isn't working... I deleted the form and it's still showing 10K in taxes. My state taxes are below 10K (barely) so I don't think it's that. I haven't paid any property taxes yet but I did buy a home in December.
You'd probably have to print out the Schedule A to see where it's coming from.
Lines 5a-thru-5e of the Schedule A should show you where the excess is coming from.
IF line 5a is over 10k, then it is coming from State and local income taxes.
.....5b is for property taxes/real estate taxes
.....5c is for Personal Property taxes.
__________
If it's all from line 5a, then you'd need to get a look at the Tax Payments Worksheet to weasel out exactly what the sources were that caused the State/Local taxes to exceed 10k
