I entered each 1099-Div separate for foreign tax section for RIC as source country but Turbotax lumped them all together for form 1116.

I thought I was supposed to put all countries/1099DIV in order of foreign tax for 1116 form.  I did this.  three of my 1099 DIV had source of RIC because they were mutual funds.  Turbotax put all three together in the same column on 1116.   Is this correct?  Should I add them all together to figure where in the order the totalo RIC foreign tax is, and just enter the first one in that place (since that is where the other RICs ended up just added in).  I expected three separate columns on 1116 for my three separate entries, I got one column with them combined.

That is correct. Each column in f1116 represents only one country. Since mutual funds are all the same country (RIC), they would be considered as one. Thus the total foreign income and the total tax paid for all 3 1099's are summed  and appear in one f1116 column for the country RIC..
