Linked here, are the instructions to enter business expenses on Schedule C. Please note; you will be prompted to upgrade to Premium if you are using TurboTax Online, as the Deluxe version only supports self-employment income, not expenses.

My total medical expenses are 15,139 in TT, > than standard deduction,14,600. But TT rec'd a standard deduction based on med expenses of 14,010 which is incorrect. Help!
